All chocolates are raw, organic*, vegan, sugar free, soya free, gluten free, palm oil free. All are made in an environment where there are nuts and seeds.
Each chocolate isindividually handcrafted so may vary slightly in weight but we each one to be be a minimum of 40g.
Raw cacao butter*, raw cacao*, coconut sugar*, raw coconut oil*, Fair Trade Ugandan pineapple*, lucuma*, pinch of Cornish sea salt (70% cacao solids min), drizzled with Lemon & Baobab sorbet choc - see relevant choc for full ingredients.
*Lemon & Baobab Sorbet choc is made from natural birch tree xylitol and although xylitol has been shown in studies to be beneficial for teeth and gum health when compared to other sugars and sweeteners (plus it's a third of the calories of cane sugar) , it cannot be certified as organic.
