Truffley Fudge

A word from the maker: "I wanted to make a delicious fudge alternative, without all the butter (thinking of the cows) or margarine (only 1 molecule away from plastic after all) or sugar (so bad in so many ways) but that still tasted delicious...
So, after experimenting and a great deal of personal and customer tasting, our 'Truffley Fudge' bars are finally here which, (she says, chomping on a little more of the peanut one) are really rather ravishingly lush...I hope you enjoy them & love them just as much as me! love Judy xxx"
